The 2’7” x 4’ Tabriz from Iran. One of the classic examples from the city of Tabriz in northwestern Iran, this floral Tabriz has a wool pile and silk inlay. It is woven with 255 knots per square inch and has a flowing floral pattern with a central medallion and corner brackets. It has an ivory field and salmon colored border. It has accents of gold, navy, light, mid and dark greens, red, and light plum.
