JacobsenRugs always provides free shipping* on every purchase of a genuine Oriental rug, right to your home (except for some specially priced Clearance and "scratch and dent" rugs).

The price you see for a rug is the price you’ll pay, with no surprise handling or delivery charges added during check out or upon delivery.

Please Note:

*Free shipping is available to addresses within USA contiguous states. We can and do frequently ship pre-paid orders to customers outside the continental US. We will quote exact shipping costs before sending rugs to any address outside the continental US. Be aware that import duties may be levied at your end.

Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For our international customers, any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the international resident.

 

Can I track my order while in shipment? How?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from JacobsenRugs.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the UPS website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
