In the case of a return, please follow these simple steps:

- We will send you an email with the return shipping information
- Wrap the rug in its original packaging or equivalent

Please note that shipping cost back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the clients except in cases where the rug may be defective. We do not provide refunds as a result of rugs damaged or soiled while in the clients’ possession.
If you’re uncertain about what size or kind of rug you need, or if you do not find a rug in the listings that appeals, contact, fax, or call us with details about the area in which you intend to use the rug, and we’ll make specific suggestions. Let us know the size of the room, as well as the minimum and maximum rug sizes you think will be appropriate. Information about colors you favor or colors or patterns already used in the area is very helpful. The more information we have, the better able we are to select rugs for you to choose among. To make it easy for you to provide this information, you can email a request for information about rugs in stock directly to us.
Special Order/Custom Rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless specifically authorized in writing by Jacobsen Rugs at time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to: rugs cut to size, fringe removal, additions sewn in of any kind, and items specifically ordered from overseas for the customer.
Due to the current Persian rug sanctions, all non-US sales of Persian rugs are final.
