NAIN Rug (2’ x 3′)

Description

The 2’ x 3′ Nain from Iran. This carpet from central
Iran has a green field and a light taupe border. It has accent colors of navy,
light blue, dark gray, dark brown, burgundy and camel. The pile is wool and it
is woven on a cotton foundation.  The
pattern is highlighted in pure white cotton to give it a little pop. It is
woven with 225 knots per square inch.
